CSS Menu Create A Flashing Blue Menu With CSS

This cool and awesome navigation menu was created by just a 17-year old Felix Buhler, and it uses the standard CSS3 keyframes property. If you want to create this awesome flashing effect, the menu’s attribute is simply changed from a static state to a hovered state and back again in just a short period of 200ms.
